My request for help on the following post http://immigrationvoice.org/forum/showthread.php?t=12255 is not going well, I am still waiting to hear from analytical minds.
Anyways, we are in process of creating an eye opener fact sheet that we will be distributed with the promotional fliers. The objective of the fact sheet is create a sense of urgency and draw people's interest to DC rally.
I am looking for ideas as to what to put in the fact sheet, while I am still waiting to hear on my other post.
Please contribute you thoughts. We need to get this completed in couple of days.

In Maryland, they didnt ask for any document when I took my about to be expired DL to the MVA (Motor vehicles Admin) last year. The guy said as long as you have $30, we would renew your expired license!
However, getting a new DL for my wife was a nightmare. We had to schedule an
appointment through a phone line which worked only two or three days in a month! After many tries, we gave up!

I have been now for 7 years and still waiting... my wife who graudated law with top honors in a top university in india and was pracicing with a leading corporate law firm joined me in US and to make it good we spent around $65K on her law school graduation here and then another 15K on bar exams preparations for NY and CA. She managed to pull through all this. we decided to have a baby and take care of her wihtout day care the 1st 2years. now my wife sits home since she cannot file a H1 though there are willing employers becuase she has stayed here for 6 years on h4 and my llabor filed 2001 was still in BEC.... what can i do... i left a Director job in fortune 50 company and joined as consultant so that i can make use of a pre-approved labor, then another regression happend and i am still waiting to file 485. I just want to let my wife to work for a couple of year and make use of the effort she spent in her US law school and bar exams and want to return back to India.... but when can i get that 2 years.....

What are the conditions required for processing the 485 application.
1. Are all applications which have a 485 RD within the processing date, are processed? or
2. Only applications which have a RD within the processing date and whose PD is current, are processed.

Let me stop with final words.
I only came to know about USINPAC recently with this flowergate.
And i don't know about USINPAC mission or robinder.
But, if USINPAC is such a great organization, then IV and USINPAC should sit together and support each other.
Let us forget the mess and we all know the whole world acknowledged IV for flower campaign.

Who the hell r U kidding? By calling urself "BharatPremi" u r making a BIG fool of urself. If u r really a patriotic Indian why the hell did u apply for ur GC? Just work for those 6 H1B yrs and get the hell out of this country. Dont make a fool of urself and others by saying things like "at this moment" hez a citizen of another country blah blah blah...I know a few friends who just love India and would wanna go back after earning dollars for those 6 yrs H1B lets u work for. In November 2006, Secretary Chertoff discussed a risk-based approach to homeland security threats, vulnerabilities, and consequences:

In recent visits to USCIS field offices, a number of leaders have questioned the usefulness of the FBI name checks citing some of the same concerns discussed here. The process is not working and consideration should be given to re-engineering it to include a risk-based approach to immigration screening and national security. The U.S. Government Accountability Office recently noted in a report that �[w]hile the Secretary of DHS has expressed a commitment to risk management, DHS has not performed comprehensive risk assessments in . . . immigration and customs systems to guide resource allocation decisions.�
Every effort should be undertaken to identify and remove persons who pose threats to the United States, which would include rescinding immigration benefits after USCIS has granted them. It would be irresponsible for law enforcement entities to stop their investigation of a potential crime merely because the person who is the subject of their investigation has obtained a green card or U.S. citizenship.
Similarly, it would be illogical to think that delaying issuance of a green card or U.S. citizenship will prevent a criminal from committing a crime. Considering the protection the FBI name check provides, the cost of government resources used, and mental and actual hardships to applicants and their families, USCIS should reassess the continuation of its policy to require FBI name checks in their current form.

Please go and take some english writting classes first. Your english is very poor. Taking some classes will help you in longterm. MBA in US is taught in english not telgu. An MBA from a shady univ is not going to help you anyway and USCIS is cracking down hard on bogus porting these days.

Efiled @ TSC on may 29th.
FP on june 28th, still no approval.
My current EAD expires September 24th and i am working on EAD currently.
Called USCIS and opened a SR on August 4th. Got a letter on August 11th, saying, although my situation is serious, i have not provided enough proof. Called USCIS August 13th, asking where i can mail the proof. Was told there is no mailing address and no fax number.
Scheduled an Infoapss Appt. for August 18th, by then it will be around 82 days.
Around the 90th day planning to meet my Congressman/Senator and hoping they could help me.
If some one can help me in finding fax number to TSC to send in my Expedite request it will be great.
GO IV GO.
My case exactly like yours. Mine expires on Sep 24 th. E-filed on may 28th. FP'ed on June 23rd. Concurrently filed APs got approved long back.
I think Info Pass is the best solution for this. You have only a few days for that. So hang on.

I received my EAD last month. But no AP yet. However, i received an email from my lawyer today that.....my AP got rejected. The rejection letter is saying that I485 got approved that's why the I131 is rejected.....therefore, my lawyer is waiting for the I485 approval.....but my lawyer told me that I can expect my card soon.
I don't know how to react. The online doesn't have any update about the I485 status yet. They received my application on July 2, 2007.

I am following from the start of the original post. This was a post by a new member who appears to create rift among the EB2 or EB3. The reason I believe is he just want to incite in such a way that few other folks will respond and keep the thread floating. Later few other posts by himself were created with different ids. just observe the trend and you will notice it.
