Oh I forgot to mention.. I reached home at 11 and found several envelopes laying on the floor at my doorsteps..
I received my receipts, FP notice and EAD all at same time.. YAHHHHHOOOOOOOO
USCIS found out that I attended IV Social Event and sent me my EAD ;)..

Please check you investment account balance and find out how much actual money goes to your account, there are hefty financial charges for whole life, Prudential charged me $62 as finance charge and $16 as insurance cost out of $116 monthly premium rest $42 went investment account.
why would any one pay 70% as a financial charge?, I canceled policy....

This is not new, I was advised the same by my attorneys. I have heard "internet rumors" of people successfully filing EB-2 for job descriptions such as senior software engineer and senior systems analyst, which are normally classified as job zone 4. However, I was advised by two different law firms that this is not possible. According to both attorneys I consulted, you must get a job zone 5 classification to file EB-2. Note that "information technology manager" is job zone 5, so if you're in a senior position and supervising people (e.g., a manager or even a team lead), you may be able to obtain this classification.

When the EAD and AP dates processing dates are backlogged, there isn't much advantage to early filing.
WithoutGCAmigo, no panic. there are processing dates which you should be worried about after you file EAD / AP etc.
To file it goes per visa bulletin. Hope you are upto date with that.

As I said before
"EB3 I and in general all EB applicants need a solution now.
Until this process becomes so painful for us that we either go back or do a mass movement to get some legislative relief there are no better days for us."
As current bail out clearly points out that for any change to happen in this country situation has to go extreme.
So unless....
when new immigrants stop comming because of GC issues and current immigrant leave enmass
or
we do a some big enough show for our needs (not a single rally but something all over the country)
.....there are no better days for us.
This is indeed a gloomy and (in my view credible) story. The only thing possibly that can help us within the current laws, is the visa overflow from EB1 and EB2 ROW.
Lets hope for the best. The Nov. Visa bulletin will be confirmatory.

I diagree with you...Indian film Industry have very good directors, They are no way inferior to Hollywood. Firstly you can't compre them with Hollywood because they have differen audiances...Hollywood have money power so their movies are technically better, but as far as quality of movies Indian film industry is very good...It caters to all tastes. There are Shyam Benegal, Basu Chaterjee, Govind Nihlani for people who like simple senseful movies there are Karan Johar, Yash Chopra, Mani Ratnam for expensive, hip hop movies. There's RGV, Hirani, Rakyesh Omprakash Mehra for different story based movies. In my opinion caters to wide variety you need to pick up by your taste...None of the Amitabh Bachans did any thing for slums,Danny Boyle Made a very good movie.I think the fact is Rehman is a prodigy no doubt about that, he makes very good music we all know that.As compared to Hollywood directors Bollywood directors are subpar with the exception of very few good ones. Movie business is controlled in India by few families,what ever the movies they make rest of the people will watch it.I dont want to open the bollywood can of worms.Movie directors in India are usually sons of Bollywood actors or some one related to Bollywood.
I am sure none of the Bollywood directors would ever be able to make good movies,they dont have a global outlook,neither the needed juice. usually Bollywood directors are some low key high school drop outs who have connections with mafia.

I work for Fortune 100 company and we are celebrating Diwali on Friday. There are flyers on all the corners and are expecting more than 500 co-workers for pot-luck lunch. And the best part, organizer and main activists are non-Indian. So its just another festival in the mix that everybody is looking to enjoy. If AOS takes many years, then keep the non-immigrant visa, so that no need to worry about AP.
You are suggesting how to avoid it rather then try to acknowledge that there is a problem in the wording of AP. By problem, I meant the whole dynamics has changes over the years, so, its time they change to reflect today's reality.
There may not be everyone who would continue to be on H1 while their AOS is pending.

If you go for reneval you should have atleast one year validity in your I-94. Other wise they may not extend.
