I personally know a guy who used Nick's services. Bottomline, his 485 was rejected as Nick sold the same labor to other guys as well. As for him, spend some time on EAD and now he is back on H1. What happens to his VISA number. Returns to the pool? Which pool? Or is it lost as the VISA number was used from last year's quota.

I agree with you on the above points. You are doing the right thing in not blaming others for the downtrend in salaries. However, you are fundamentally assuming that you would have enough time to upgrade and adapt. What if that assumption falls apart?
Well, how can I blame employer if he is looking for skillset I don't have. To give you an example, if employer is looking for dot net architect with .net 3.5 experience and you have experience of dot net 2.0 then you don't qualify for that job. Simple.
Now a days, things are changing at faster pace. If you can't cope with that, you will lagging behind. You can not ask everyone else to go slow to match your speed.
What if outsourcing companies hit your employer with people with your skillets at abysmal prices through fraud?
Like I said before in other posts, if you suspect fraudulent activity, you can report it to authorities. Also you have option of legal route, if you have been wronged.

It is not good to put fake identity in any forums. The guy (MARPHAD) pointed out have a good civic sense. Here admins are not paid. They have jobs, and not always watching people. There is nothing called "absolute" in this world and you will realise it now or later. Live in a country side with a constant income and you will find life peaceful because you are not bothered by what is happening.
Or try helping people - and do social service - you will realise that it is a dangerous and thankless job.
Democracy is "not exactly" how it sounds. Unfortunately, life is not fair to anyone and one has to live in within his/her means.
Crying foul over all such stuff will not bring changes. Working within parameters to bring about changes is "unfortunately" the only way how changes have come to the "Mother Earth"

So ruling India is still a new and uphill task. 60 years is very less to come to conclusion. Thats why, all congress PMs had failed in reforms. And now in the information age, India become materialistic, everybody wants everything. So naturally corruption increases. So one can not blame just congress alone for the mess.

----1----I think there is definitely someone else here better than me at leading this issue & getting people together. So if the moderators can allow members willing to step forward and help out with this, to have edit permissions on this thread, that would be help
