1. You need to submit original transcripts and notarised copies of degree certs

For me it is personal, my kith and kin are getting killed (talking about innocent civilians and not the LTTE) in Sri Lanka and India is actively supporting the Govt of Sri Lanka with weapons and other things,
Get your facts right first. India is not actively supporting Sri Lanka. It would be suicidal for India (especially considering nutcases like you that exist) to even think of that again. Sri Lanka is using Israeli UAV's and Chinese fighter aircraft and artillery to fight the LTTE. In fact, India is at a strategic disadvantage now because we choose not to help Sri Lanka militarily. And in fact, Sri Lanka has always suspected India of supporting the LTTE. Read about the "string of pearls" geopolitical strategy of China before letting your emotions run crazy.
India can leverage its power to stop Sri Lanka to fight until Tamil civilians are cleared from the war zone but deliberately India is not doing that.
India rightfully doesn't care about the LTTE. LTTE is a terrorist organization. Period. They killed a former Prime Minister and it doesn't matter if you support the Congress party or the BJP. Please explain why these (see above) will be more difficult if you have read it. What precautions / strategy our members can take etc.
This memo, if followed, could stop anyone working for consulting companies (body shops) from getting H1 extensions or new H1s on the basis of lack of employer-employee relationship. People working for companies like IBM, Accenture, etc are still ok but people who work through consulting companies at client sites where the consulting company (employer/petitioner) only runs the employees payroll and has no control over an employee's day-to-day job responsibilities, are now deemed to be lacking an employer-employee relationship and hence may no longer get H1s (new or extensions).

EB3 other workers visa very less in numbers but more people are available as it is unskilled. So that case cannot be equated to high skilled categories.
In EB2 and EB3 total eligible person I am expecting is 200 to 300K that too all may not file due to person reasons like marriage etc. For 100 to 140K Gc numbers 200k numbers will not make them too crowded to stop in the middle.

It is indeed a double blow news to the Unskilled Worker community. AILA is looking into legality of this action.

There are a lot of people who come to US blindly like students or consultants. They also landed up jobs (doing what they were meant for and not as cabbies or as janitors) and built careers.
There are no or few body shoppers in canada because there are only a few shops :-D
For the majority this is true in US. This is what land of opportunity means.
It might be true for a few cases in Canada but for the majority it is false advertisement. Canada is not a land of opportunity. This is not a few of those who have been burnt talking. Try getting a job in Canada. Look at the salaries for yourselves.

How long are we going to " try to gain confidence" of more members? How long? I do not want to gain confidence of anyone anymore. If I was to make a decision, I would say that I don't need those members who cannot stand a little bit of rough reality. I am not going to do anything to "gain confidence" of others. If you want to work then good for you. If you don't want to work on the issue affecting your family, then so be it. You are doing a favor to no one but yourself when you speak with your Congressman. These Unused Family Based Visas are from 2007. These Unused Family Based Visas of 2007 would be added to the following year (2008) Employment Based Visas.
The Unused Family Based VISAS from a perticular fiscal year made available to the Employment Based VISAS of the Follwing Fiscal Year. And the Unused EB4 and EB5 VISAS of a perticular fiscal year would be made available to the same year's

If I understand correctly, there is no mechanism for unused EB visas to spill over to the following year's EB, but the law allows unused FB visas to spill over to the following year's EB ?!

If the numbers are re-captured and EB rules little liberalized, assuming each H1b visa holder waiting for status adjustment spends an amount of $250,000 on a house, the total economic activity for 500,000 H1b visa holders will be $125b. This much money will come back to US, because most of us are either investing in our home countries or elsewhere but not in buying a house in the US. So, if this point is brought to the notice of the Congress members, they may take favorable steps to help.

This proposal if it hits the major news media will atleast catch the attention of most people regarding our plight as immigrants.
