Just consulted a lawyer and he gave me following solution:
2 applications (1) F1 visa application; (2) I-212 Waiver.
I was asked specific question thru which I got trapped . He gave me 2 options either accept that I worked and not be banned from US , or argue and be banned for 10 years . I was not given many choices . When asked forcefully I simply accepted .
Contacted murthy and rajiv kanna but they declined . Is there any lawyer who handles student deportation cases . Please advise .

If you look at few months back, when supporters of illegal immigrantion did the rally, they wanted CIR to be passed.
1) Is there a bill in congress, that we are supporting? If so, please share the details.
2) Are we proposing a new bill? If so, is it not wise to propose a bill ASAP before rally? Law-makers are going to ask, what do you guyz want? Are there any benchmarks for rally? Having a solution (a bill) in hand will help to represent and to join more people for rally.

As mentioned before, I have good faith in IV & attending rally. So, people dont drag around it.

It's not an optional or goodwill thing. With a little bit of googling around here's what I found:
Notify the INS and pay for transportation. Most employment-related visas require the employer to notify the INS when an alien has been fired so that INS can revoke the visa. "Employers are obligated to pay for return travel for that employee back to their home country," Topoleski tells HRWire. Employers who do not comply with these responsibilities are risking being subject to continuing wage obligations for the employee. "The employer's payment obligation ends only if there has been a 'bona fide' termination of the employment relationship, which the DoL will deem to have occurred when the employer notifies the INS of the termination, the H-1B petition is canceled, and the return fare obligation is fulfilled," says Topoleski.

You can complain to DOL if due wages were not paid. I would try and hurt these kind of desi consultancy companies where-ever possible just for having poor ethics.

My company want to book me on flight and comanty sponsored cruise. Cruise leaves on Feb 27th. I am afraid it I will have AP then. Company need some confirmation of getting it as they will lose money.
I called USCIS and placed request to Expedite based on catagory 1 (financial loss to employer or individual). I was told that I will hear somehting in 5 days?
Should I contact local congressman and place request through them? How does the procedure go? I have no clue. I have taken infopass appointment at local USCIS for next week but I know that will be waste of time.
Any suggestions?

Asked Core Iv A Question And They Deleted The Thread

I asked IV core on what version of immigration bill they support because I and other people wanted to know since there are so many amendments to the current immigration bill and Now I log in to see , the thread is missing, why, my question was straight forward, again I am asking them on what form of immigration bill they support. I highly doubt In what they are doing looks like they are working for the benefit of them self. Guys please don�t be ignorant and its your right to ask the question don�t be a dumb crowd but ask questions.
I am too in the same GC queue with I140 and I485 filed and pending, so don�t count me as anti � immigrant but also want to see the betterment of others too who are in GC process and will be effected due to the introduction of the new bill.

I did my three years diploma (polytechnic) and three years engineering degree (B.E.) after that and I had @ eight years of experience while I had applied for GC through EB2 category. I had no problem in getting my I-140 approval; so far I have not received single rfe.

I Applied H1b 8th Year Extension on Jan 9th. Still waiting Anybody has this kind of situation? my Case number Starts with WAC
I Applied my H1b extn on Jan 9th , and i went to India on 18th Jan and came back on 18th Feb using my AP is this could be cause for the delay.
Please share your experiences and ideas

VSC received the application based on the tracking info from UPS.
Whether they forwarded it to NSC or TSC- I don't know yet.

In my opinion, you should deal with the seller directly with out an agent only if you know the seller personally. Say you want to purchase a house from another IVan, you can do that with out a middleman (Realtor) :)
But you would still need a settlement agency and a lawyer (usually arranged by the settlement agency). And it is advisable to get the loan thru a loan agent.
So what is the roler of a broker/ real estate agent for a buyer.
If I choose to deal directly with the seller, what are the things I need to do myself and can you explain the "attorney" part that you mentioned.
